Brand Manager Southern CA $80k - $100k + bonus

Fast growing and highly visible toy company needs an experienced self-starter to do store checks and competitive analysis in order to develop line plans. Coordinate with the product development department, check costs and drive timelines. Have P & L responsibility for your lines. Perform POS analysis to assist with line planning, forecasting and inventory management. This is a ground floor opportunity. If you have a can do attitude and are super resourceful this is company where you can grow.

Industrial Designer NJ $70 - $85k + bonus

Established company needs an experienced industrial designer who has a strong knowledge of cost reduction and manufacturability as well as a creative streak. Coordinate with Asian factories. Must be able to do control drawings. Solid works experience is not necessary but would be a plus.

Industrial Designer NY/NJ $70 - $100k + bonus

Company is looking for an experienced Toy Designer. Should be creative and able to come up with new product ideas. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes. You will probably have a BSID and definitely be proficient in Solidworks.

This is a new position for a strong and well established company. You will need to supervise four very strong National Accounts Managers. The company needs someone who can implement up to date software and analytical systems and bring the company into the 21st century. You must also mentor your strong but old school personality driven sales guys into upgrading their software and analytical skills. The company is looking for a strong sales manager as opposed to a road warrior. Manage, organize, upgrade the skills and motivate your sales team.

Category Sales Manager Northeast $110k - $130k + bonus

This active gear manager is in many categories but needs someone who will lead their existing sales team in growing the baby gear category. Build the strategy and put together to sales programs for the category. Increase penetration of existing accounts and open new ones. Coordinate with the marketing communication dept. to create sales collateral materials. Bring retailer feedback to product development, packaging and merchandising departments. If you have experience selling to BRU and BBB it would be a big plus and there’s a good chance you will eventually handle those accounts personally. Work from home as long as you’re living in the Northeast. 40% travel.

National Accounts Manager CT $120 - $150k + bonus

Ground floor opportunity with a marquis name brand. Work with the VP of Sales to build this business. You should have strong experience with BRU or Buy Buy Baby and will handle a few other National Accounts to be determined.

Vice President of Sales - Mexico Based in either Mexico City or Southern CA or Miami $150 - $200k + bonus

Large growing toy company needs a Senior Sales Executive with strong experience in Mexico. You will personally handle major accounts, supervise outside sales reps and distributors and manage a small office. Coordinate with the US Marketing department on marketing and packaging changes.

Key Accounts Manager-Latin America Miami, Mexico City, NY/NJ/PA $100 - $120K + bonus

Established company needs person who can supervise distributors in Latin America with an emphasis on Mexico. Will also handle a couple of key house accounts.

Key Accounts Manager NY Metro Area $70 - $90k + bonus

Established toy company needs person to handle key accounts like Ross Stores, Burlington Coat, Party City, Boscov’s etc.

National Accounts Manager - Amazon LA or Seattle $135 - $175k + bonus
